Question about oboe history

Hello! Sorry for my english, but my dutch is more terrible.

My oboe made for Theo Markandt/ERLBACH I.V.
There is more numbres.
Cut numbres in all parts 12 and small cut numbres 11954.
In horn part (bottom part):
11954
31
After logotype.
And written numbres:
A-5
7-742 DR

I think DR - Dutch Republic.
Please, help me understand what sign this numbres.

But I have read this thread.
But everything is in German.
And the only thing that could understand that the last two digits of the number - this is the year. Hence my oboe - 1955.
